We’re a high-end immersive studio blending storytelling and technology across theme parks, military training, museums, and original games. Our team has brought experiences to life for major theme parks, game publishers, and military training. We thrive on turning imagination into real-time wonder.

  • Location: Hybrid, candidates must be able to commute to Central Florida for in-person client meetings & presentations.

    • Preference for Central Florida candidates.

    • Due to the nature of our projects, U.S. Citizenship is required.

    • A candidate must complete a background check for employment purposes and an I-9 verification to confirm their identity and work authorization in the United States.

  • Type: Salaried.

  • Experience Level: All experiences levels welcome

  • Start Date: As soon as possible

    • End-Date is tied to Project End Date of June 2026, with an option to extend.

  • Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

You Are:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Artist - Rigging & Animation to create rigs for vehicles & characters, animate vehicles & characters, and ingest them into Unreal Engine. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, and Animation Blueprints.

⚠️Please note, candidates must be comfortable with military vehicle combat training scenarios.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating rigs inside Unreal Engine, and Maya or Blender.

  • Building Anim Blueprints inside of Unreal Engine for vehicles and characters.

  • Utilize Unreal animation tools and libraries (walk/run cycles, state machines, etc.)

  • Working with CG Artists to ensure CG assets are correctly rigged and ready for animation.

  • Creating animations for characters, vehicles, and other physical items.

  • Writing Python tools as needed for animation pipeline.

  • Ingest animation and rigging assets into Unreal.

What We’re Looking For

  • Unreal Technical Animation & Rigging knowledge:

    • Strong experience ingesting assets into Unreal

    • Experience building rigs and animation for use in Unreal

    • Experience building Unreal Animation Blueprints

  • Working knowledge of Maya or Blender for rigging & animation.

  • Candidates in Central Florida/Orlando or able to commute to Orlando is required. Currently, we are not providing any relocation costs.

  • Due to the nature of this project, you must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage hybrid and remote teams.

  • Potential out of state travel to government client visits, and in-state for rehearsals and meetings.

  • A pro-active, lifelong learner who is open to new technologies and workflows.

Bonus:

  • Jira experience is a plus.

  • Previous experience in similar roles within the interactive media or simulation training sectors, or team collaborative projects, is a big plus.

  • Understanding of Agile or similar project management methodologies.

Work Environment:

  • While we have an office in south Orlando for meetings and collaboration, much of our week is spent working from home.

  • Our team hours and work:

    • To stay aligned with our clients and partners, we ask that team members maintain overlap with our core hours: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

    • Outside of that window, there’s flexibility in how the remaining hours are scheduled, whether earlier or later in the day, or to better align with a specific project, and schedule their breaks around meetings. Fridays are generally meeting-free, though occasional exceptions may arise around key deliverables.
